RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your TRIUB purchase, but if not, here’s how returns work:
Sale items are non-refundable. Please read product descriptions or contact us if unsure about sizing before purchasing.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags.
Items that appear worn, heavily fragranced, or stretched will not be refunded. You’ll be asked to pay to have the item shipped back to you.
We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different size, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
 

Timeline:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receipt at TRIUB HQ.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless there was an error or defect.

International Returns:

You are responsible for any customs duties and taxes on returned items.
Clearly mark the parcel as “Returned Goods – US Origin” to avoid delays or extra charges.
If TRIUB incurs import fees due to improper labeling, these will be deducted from your refund.

TRIUB is not responsible for:

Lost or damaged return packages
Returns with unpaid duties/taxes
Incorrect shipping info provided by the customer
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.
