A pre-order item is not currently in stock, but you can reserve it by paying in full (including shipping).
Each pre-order has an estimated ship date listed on the product page. By purchasing early, you’re securing your piece before it officially drops!
Pre-ordered items typically ship within 4–6 weeks.
Once your item is in stock and ready to go, you’ll receive an email confirmation along with your tracking number.
A “Buy Now” item is in stock and ready to ship. Once your order is placed:
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once it’s on the way.
If both items are in the same order, we’ll ship everything together once all items are in stock — this helps avoid multiple shipping charges.
Want them shipped separately? Just place two separate orders.
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but international customs can cause delays.
If your tracking shows the item is with customs, we cannot intervene — but rest assured, it will be released and delivered.
